Job Description

Key Requirements: Candidates with an automobile background will be preferable. Experience: min. 5 years with relevant industry exposure (Automotive Industry/Spares). Ability to work independently or in a team environment within the organization. A self – motivated team leader with strong communication, analytical, relationship management and problem solving skills. Regional Manager- Dealer Development Sales Identify new business opportunities to grow network and profitability. Distribution planning and the New Town Launch mapping. Brand Promotion- Promotional support to the company in the activities of adequate branding. BTL Activities- Planning & executing sales promotional plans & activities. Planning & implementation of individual productivity mapping. Develop and coordinate sales selling cycle and methodology. Analyze and evaluate all Rajasthan Showroom Sales. Understand the products and services offering and approach of key competitors with marketing strategy. Competition monitoring & analysis- pricing & market share, product information & penetration. Looking after the Network, Sales & Marketing activity for promoting the products in entire State (for which candidate is responsible) in India, for Distributors, Dealers, Retailers, Mechanics etc. Liasoning with corporate, Govt. Authorities & Local Authorities.
