URGENT REQUIREMENT FOR SALES & SERVICE ENGINEER-HYDERABAD/CHENNAI Qualification- Sales & service engineer Experience- 4-10yrs Qualification- B.tech /BE/MBA-Sales & marketing Technical sales engineers use their technical knowledge along with sales skills to provide advice and support on a range of products, for which a certain level of expertise is needed. . The emphasis of the work varies depending on the level of technical knowledge needed to sell a particular product or service. The tasks carried out by technical sales engineers include: searching for new clients who might benefit from company products or services and maximizing client potential in designated area. Travelling to visit potential clients Establishing new, and maintaining existing, relationships with customers persuading clients that a product or service best satisfies their needs in terms of quality, price and delivery; negotiating tender and contract terms and conditions to meet both client and company needs; Negotiating tender and closing sales by agreeing terms and conditions Offering after-sales support services Analysing costs and sales Preparing reports for head office Meeting regular sales targets Recording and maintaining client contact data Co-ordinating sales projects Supporting marketing by attending trade shows, conferences and other marketing events Making technical presentations and demonstrating how a product will meet client needs Providing pre-sales technical assistance and product education Liaising with other members of the sales team and other technical experts Solving client problems Helping in the design of custom-made products Providing training and producing support material for the sales team calculating client quotations and administering client accounts; providing pre-sales technical assistance and product education; working on after-sales support services and providing technical back up as required; arranging and carrying out product training; preparing reports for head office and keeping customer records; meeting regular sales targets and coordinating sales projects; supporting marketing activities by attending trade shows, conferences and other marketing events; making technical presentations and demonstrating how a product meets client needs; Sales Engineer Skills and Qualifications: Problem Solving, Product Knowledge, Selling to Customer Needs, Software Requirements, Product Development, Presentation Skills, Technical Understanding, Verbal Communication, Requirements Analysis, Interested candidate can Share their profile with following details- Total Experience in Sales & Service- Current CTC- Expected CTC- Notice period- Current Location- Ready to work in Hyderabad-Yes/No E-mail ID-hr@inventa.in
