Job Description: · Project Management - Experience of end to end Far Vision – ERP Implementation - Project Management support and post-implementation ticket management experience. · Team Management: Experience managing internal / external teams to resolve hardware technical issues This will also include managing multi-location teams & support individuals · Vendor Management: Ability to manage external vendors/partners for IT implementation & support · IT strategy & Vision: Ability to evaluate existing infrastructure, support & IT processes within the organization and define / enhance these for practical business improvement & collaboration. · Experience & ability to build IT budgets · New Initiatives: Will need to have experience (and/or learn on the job) to build (and report) SLAs, KPIs and work towards continuous improvement to deliver value year-on-year. · IT Infrastructure Management: Experience having managed at least small/medium IT Infrastructure (servers, DC, routers etc) setups. · IT Support Processes: Experience in having worked in organizations that have implemented IT Processes (ITIL etc.) Candidate Profile: Engineer or MCA with 6 - 8 years relevant experience in Far Vision- ERP and SDLC from Real Estate, construction industry.
