Team Leader-New Business Development (Direct / Reinsurance) Will lead the Team for New Business Development KRAs § Lead and develop the New Business Development team § Build and strengthen relationships with New clients by delivering the desired client experience and value proposition; § Designing and implementing new business sales and marketing strategy § Drive sales of all Insurance Products, by developing, identifying, and securing all relevant direct sale opportunities. § Strategically lead and develop the new business development Team We are looking for Graduates / MBAs with 7-12 years relevant experience of which recent experience must be in leading a team in General Insurance / Reinsurance for New Business Development & B2B sales 3.Managers / Executives -New Business Development (Direct / Reinsurance: KRAs § Build and strengthen relationships with the prospects/ new clients by delivering the desired client experience and value proposition; § Drive sales of all Insurance Products, by developing, identifying, and securing all relevant direct sale opportunities. § Act as the contact for dedicated prospects or clients (or a portfolio of prospects or clients) with the aim of new business development.
