Job Description

Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering Conceptualize original website design ideas that bring simplicity and user friendliness to complex roadblocks. Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps to communicate interaction and design ideas. Present and defend designs and key deliverables to peers and executive level stakeholders. Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices and standards. Job Description for Graphic Designer: Take the design brief to record requirements and clients needs. Schedule project implementation and define budget constraints. Work with a wide range of media and use graphic design software. Think creatively and develop new design concepts, graphics and layouts. Prepare rough drafts and present your ideas. Amend final designs to clients comments and gain full approval. Selection procedure: Candidate selection shall be based on a Written Test (Basics of Arithmetic, Reasoning, General English& Psychology) – JAM – Technical Round (Basics) – HR Round; Selected candidates shall undergo a professional integrated transformation training (training fee shall be sponsored by company, basing on performance in interview) for a minimum of 45 days for Associate Engineer position. On successful completion of training, through a brief review, shall be on-boarded for probation with a nominal stipend.
