Job Description

    *Answer telephone, screen and direct calls from Reception

    * provide information to callers- Customer Relationship

    * Deal with queries from the public and customers who visit office

    *to ensure knowledge of staff movements in and out of organization

    *to monitor visitor access and maintain security awareness

    *to provide general administrative and clerical support

    *to prepare correspondence and documents

     *to receive and sort mail and deliveries

     *to schedule appointments

     *to maintain appointment diary either manually or electronically

     *to monitor and maintain office equipment

     *to control inventory relevant to reception area

     *to tidy and maintain the reception area

     *Handling couriers


Skills Required:


     *Proven working experience in a front office handling receptionist responsibilities

     *Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite

     *Excellent communication skills both written and verbal

     *Ability to be resourceful and proactive in dealing with issues that may arise

     *Ability to organize, multitask, prioritize and work under pressure

     *Any- Bachelor degree- BA/BCOM/BMS/BMM

     *Should have a typing speed of 25 WPM and 100% accuracy.

 Skills needed:

    *Candidate with good customer service Back end skills would be preferred.
    *Candidate having prior experience in Customer Service Back end industry will be an advantage
    *Should have presence of mind and a focused approach.
