Hi 

We have an urgent requirement for Sales Executive (HotelSales) for a premium Leisure and Business Hotel having its chain ofHotels pan India.

Location:Ahmedabad,Bangalore-Whitefield,Faridabad,Hyderabad,Indore,Jaipur,JimCorbett,Lucknow,Mumbai,Surat,Tirupur,Vapi,Delhi,Bangalore,Chennai,Gurgaon,Mumbai,Delhi,Noida,Pune,Gurgaon,Noida

Age: 24 – 30 Years
Reports to (Designation): Regional Manager – Sales & Mktg

Job Responsibility/Scope
Customer

Ø Build relationships, network & maintain regularcontacts with corporate and individual customers, bookers, media, hoteliers andsocialites.

Ø Build an accurate and effective database of current andpotential guests/accounts in order to co-ordinate segment targeted mail shotsin accordance with the S&M plan.

Ø Identify key customer needs through research, survey,sales calls & meetings.

 Systems and Procedures

Ø Assist in developing and implementing promotionalactivities to increase sales, customer retention etc.

Ø Develop systems and procedures that achieve higher costefficiency and guest satisfaction.

Ø To produce weekly/monthly/quarterly MIS as needed.

Ø To design, order and proofing of salesliterature/collateral, ensuring brand integrity and impact maximization, whilstaccurately adhering to budget guidelines and procurement protocols.

 Learning & Development

Ø To have product knowledge of the hotel.

Ø Be informed about the trends in hospitalityand other innovation, changing customer needs and behaviour, and developmentsin other industries

 Revenue

Ø Assist the Regional Sales Manager in planning andforecasting revenue for rooms, F&B outlets and revenue from varioussegments.

Ø Handle key accounts for the hotel and maximize revenuegeneration from these accounts.

Ø Ensure high occupancy of banquets and co-ordinate with thebanquet team on various functions.

Ø Assist in preparation of revenue budgets for room and thevarious outlets.

Ø Assist in designing and developing the sales &marketing plan for the unit.
