Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities: • Attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions and suggesting information about other products and services. • The ability to call, connect and interact with potential customers. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; • Eager to expand company with new sales, clients, and territories • Maintaining short- and long-term business development plans • Maintaining database (CRM, Excel, etc.) of prospective client information • Understanding client needs and offering solutions and support • Ensure high level of customers’ satisfaction through excellent service • Conduct market research to push the right products and services to the perspective customers or client. • Understanding industry trends, market activities, and competitors. • Presentation Skills, Prospecting Skills, Negotiation Skills, Meeting Sales Goals, Creativity, Sales Planning. • Good comprehension & interpretation skills to understand customer issues / complaints and respond in accordance. Desirable: • Good communication/written skill. • Good interpersonal & presentation skills. • Good convincing power. • Should be very organized, goal oriented, quick learner, able to multitask. • Influencing and Negotiable skill. • Computer Skills: Experience with MS Office suites and Outlook.
