Job Description :JobRole and Responsibility

Co-ordinate withDealers / Agents for Motor ( 2 wheeler and 4 wheeler ) vertical, Commercial andPrivate

Getting the agents onboard and train them to issue policies thru our portal

Generating premiumsfrom various agents and providing the best service to retain the agents

Needs to achieverevenue targets set by the company

Acquisition of Newdealers and DSA in Mumbai.

To build strong Brandimage of the company in the Market.

Training new Dealer& DSA's as per the requirements. In order to increase the businesssignificantly and improve the performance at each dealership & DSA's

Supervising thedealers, in terms of assigning tasks, evaluating their performance and takingsteps in order to enhance growth.

Guiding and motivatingthe dealers / agents

Maintaining MISreports for payments with concerned department.

Arranging dealermeetings with top management of the company to get a comfort level to increasethe business shares at the dealers point.

Ensured adherence toall rules and norms without any violation anywhere

Ensuring compliance& control, following the process and providing high customer service todealers

Qualification: Graduate (Full Time)

Working Days : 6 Days a Week (10:00 AM to 7:00 PM)
